All Charizard EX Pokémon Cards
In this Pokémon blog, we are going to talk about all the Charizard EX Pokémon cards out there. The crazy thing about these EX pokemon cards is that they were released in two different eras. Indeed, the very first Charizard EX comes from the 2004 set Firered & Leafgreen. The remaining EX zards are from the XY era that lasted from 2014 to 2016. How can I get these Charizard cards?
You can buy them on Ebay, Marketplace or in Pokémon Facebook groups, for example. But, of course, you can also go ahead and stuff them yourself. The only drawback in this is that the booster packs containing these cards are now very pricey. This is because there may be Charizards in the packs and because they are already very old. The more packs are opened the fewer are left for others.
What do we think of these cards?
The very first one from 2004 is great, of course. What a wonderful Charizard EX card that is, unfortunately it is very pricey. We do not currently own it, but hope to add it to our collection someday. Furthermore, we notice that many Mega Charizard cards were released in the XY era. But also that the Charizards of XY Flashfire and XY Evolutions are very similar. That strikes us as a little odd.
Will Charizard EX cards ever come out in the future?
We have good news for all EX fans. After all, starting in 2023, EX pokemon cards will return to the Scarlet and Violet series. Nothing has leaked about a zard at this time. But never say never, how fat would that be? That we get another Charizard EX card or cards in 2023. We hope this will come to pass, but cannot promise anything.
