Chien-Pao ex is a Water-type Basic Pokémon ex card. It is part of the Paldea Evolved expansion.
Chien-Pao and the other Treasures of Ruin are the only known Pokémon that can learn the move Ruination. Chien-Pao is also the only known Pokémon that can have Sword of Ruin as an Ability.
If you prefer cutting through your opponent’s defenses rather than crushing them, look no further than Chien-Pao ex’s attack Hail Blade, which does 60 damage for every Water Energy card you discard from one of your Pokémon.
