The rarest cards from Champions Path

By now we have already arrived at the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet era, but we are diving back into all Pokemon Sword & Shield series especially for you. Indeed, per series, we are going to release the top 10 rarest Pokemon cards. So that everyone can easily get an overview of what are now the rarest and most expensive cards per series. Today we are going to cover the third set of the SWSH line and that is namely the Pokemon Champion´s Path set. Very handy if you are looking for rare Pokemon cards or happen to be opening booster packs of this series. We are going to put down the top 10 rarest Pokemon cards from Champions Path below! A fun fact, this is another Charizard set. Like its predecessor Darkness Ablaze, only this contains two much better and rarer Charizards. This set was released on Sept. 25, 2020; the Japanese variant was released slightly earlier on Nov. 20, 2020. The English set has The English set has 80 Pokemon cards and the Japanese consists of 190 cards. The Japanese variant is called: Shiny Star V and is a high class set. Each booster then contains at least one hit. The strange thing is also that the Japanese set contains many more cards than the English set. Usually it is the other way around but this is an exception to the rule in that it is a High Class set!

Now should you be looking for Champions Path Pokemon cards or sealed items? Then you are in luck because we are selling them at www.pokemart.be and www.pokemart.nl. So be sure to check out our webshop, where a special category has been created with only Champion´s Path products. This is a special holiday set, so it only has Pokemon elite trainer boxes. No Pokemon booster boxes were released for this set. Of course, there are also single Pokemon booster packs, blisters, tins of pokemon boxes and more! Please note, this set is already more than 4 years old it is therefore possible that certain products have increased in price or are already sold out by now. The advantage to a holiday set is that elite trainer boxes contain 10 booster packs and 1 promo card. With the Sword & Shield sets, normal set etbs contain only 8 boosters and no promo. Note: Since Scarlet & Violet, all elite trainer boxes have 9 boosters and 1 promo card. So always look carefully on the back of the elite trainer box to see exactly what it contains!

What do we think of this list?

It’s a wonderful list of great Charizard cards that are tight at the top. It’s always a bit personal which one you like better. Will you go for the Rainbow VMAX or the Shiny V variant? Personally, we like the Shiny V Charizard just a bit better, but that’s a personal choice. So for us, it’s a little unfortunate that it will be in the second place. Furthermore, the set unfortunately does not contain super nice cards, this is because at that time there were no alternate arts, art rares or trainer gallery cards released in this generation. So when you open this set it’s always hope for one of the two charizards, otherwise it’s quite a shame about the packs. Unless, of course, you pulled missing tickets for your master set, which is always fun!

What is our future prediction for these cards?

The future of this set looks very good, this is due to a number of factors. After all, the set is already 4 years old, which is quite a long time if you look at it that way. In addition, it has two super thick Charizard cards in the set, so it will always be opened in the future. Because there are now many fans hunting for the nice zard cards. In addition, it is also a holiday set so it does not contain booster boxes and thus the largest product is an elite trainer box. This also includes 10 boosters and 1 nice Charizard promo card. All this together gives us good hope for the future of Champions Path. But this, of course, remains our opinion.
